Gold Room (Highly experienced 5^th graders;  and above)

Grades: 5, 6, 7, 8

Structure:  Structure / Instruction / Physical Training / Live Wrestling / Drilling.

Competition is emphasized (if requested).  Physical and mental toughness is stressed and encouraged.
